About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and engaging Developmental Support Worker or Caregiver/Companion to support a young male client with autism. The client experiences social anxiety and is looking for someone who can help him build confidence and enjoy social and recreational activities in the community.
Responsibilities:
Engage the client in enjoyable community outings and activities such as: Going to the movies, the mall, or the arcade
Grabbing a tea or coffee and chatting
