MatchBox Consulting Group is working with a major cultural institution in Vancouver to engage a Development Manager on a 12-month contract.
This role supports a design-led, public-facing cultural project and requires deep architectural and design experience. It is not a residential, pro-forma, or financially driven development role.
The Development Manager will support the project through design coordination and municipal approvals, with a strong emphasis on architecture, urban design, and City of Vancouver processes.
You will work closely with the design team, consultants, and City stakeholders to advance the project through key approval stages.
