Lead development projects for EllisDon Community Builders (EDCB), a division of EllisDon Capital, through the development process including planning approvals, design development, and construction in collaboration with multi‑disciplinary consultant teams and various government authorities.
Maintain appropriate records of architectural, landscape, and engineering plans, as well as approvals, permits and agreements for each project.
Review and consolidate comments on technical reports, drawings, and other consultant work products.
Research and analyze housing market trends, affordable housing policy, industry data, and public/private funding and financing opportunities for affordable housing and other developments.
Apply valuation tools and financial analysis to assess affordable housing and other development opportunities for clients, partners, and projects.
