Development Compliance Technologist

As the Development Compliance Technologist, you will review and approve engineering designs for development projects, ensuring municipal infrastructure meets standards. You’ll inspect sites, manage agreements, and coordinate with developers, consultants, and the public to support safe, compliant growth and high‑quality community infrastructure across the County.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review and approve engineering drawings and associated engineering reports for various planning and development applications
• Assist in the development and application of engineering terms and conditions for development agreements
• Prepare and compile conditions and security calculations for development agreements
