Canadian Tire is seeking a Design to Value Analyst to support cross‑functional workstreams across Product Development, Packaging, Operations, Finance, and Sourcing by turning financial and operational data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze cost, margin, and efficiency data across product development, packaging, and operational activities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports that provide visibility into cost trends, savings initiatives, performance versus targets, and support Design to Value initiatives.
• Gather, structure, and size opportunities, compare scenarios, and track progress against agreed targets.
• Identify and highlight risks, variances, and emerging trends proactively.
