With at least 5 years of experience, you'll blend your knowledge of materials, pattern engineering, and protective fabric technologies. This role will involve leading testing sessions, developing tech packs, and collaborating with teams to ensure that garments meet the highest performance standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop protective and insulated outerwear • Create and maintain detailed tech documentation • Lead fit testing for mobility under load • Resolve issues in waterproofing and seam construction • Collaborate on sourcing and material evaluation
