Job Description AECOM is seeking a BHS (Baggage Handling Systems) Design Manager, Airport Terminal Revitalization to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
Major Responsibilities
Leads the implementation of multi-disciplinary design standards, with a primary focus on the BHS scope, while coordinating closely with the main contractor.
Ensures BHS design and construction comply with all technical requirements, including design reviews, submittal assessments, and testing/commissioning processes.
Reviews and evaluates alternative technical proposals from the contractor, assessing feasibility and alignment with project requirements.
