Väderstad is looking for engineers who share our passion for farming. The Engineer in Training will report to the Design Group Manager and work across departments to improve product lines and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain computer models and drawings of equipment components for all product lines using the change management process.
Complete design analysis and refinement.
Write and follow through with testing reports.
Communicate with internal departments, outside vendors, and customers to formulate design solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve quality, cost, and equipment features and follow internal standards and policies.
Qualifications
University degree in Engineering.
Minimum 2‑3 years of progressive engineering experience with design engineering preferred.
