Responsibilities

The role of the Coop student within the office is to work with the Lead Architect and other team members on a variety of tasks throughout the design and construction process. Tasks may include assisting in the production of schematic design, design development and contract documents (including floor plans, elevations, details, sections and schedules); creating 3D views, renderings and VR walkthroughs; applying architectural procedures and techniques; independently performing architectural assignments with instruction from senior team members; handling contract administration duties; attending site visits and/or client meetings and documenting conversations; and participating in architectural design conversations, exercises and other general duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year completed toward a degree with 3.0+ GPA
