The Product Engineer (Level II) at HwIT is a key technical contributor bridging RD innovation and global manufacturing. This professional actively supports the industrialization cycle — from first RD prototypes through NPI delivery to mass production — executing BOM control, product cost modeling, and equipment management for NPI, helping our customers' products achieve world‑class manufacturing quality, competitive costs, and scalable production.

Scope Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Financial Control
• BOM Management for Complex Products: Execute technical ownership of Bills of Materials, ensuring structural integrity, component traceability, and alignment with engineering changes.
• Product Cost Control: Assist in developing and maintaining detailed product cost models, tracking cost drivers around materials and processes, and supporting cost reduction initiatives.
