The Access to Care Program is seeking a full-time, temporary Department Secretary for up to 18 months to support the Mood & Anxiety Ambulatory Service. Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the successful candidate will work collaboratively within a large, inter‑professional team. The Department Secretary is responsible for welcoming and supporting clients who arrive at the clinic’s reception area, many of whom may be in distress or experiencing mental health symptoms. A warm, professional, and compassionate presence is essential to creating a safe and supportive environment through frequent telephone and in‑person interactions. The role requires the utmost discretion in handling sensitive information and maintaining client confidentiality at all times.
