Role

As a Department Associate, you provide retail services to a unique client base – members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). You assist in the set‑up of various departments, ensuring shelves are stocked, faced and properly signed. You provide technical and professional guidance on sales and products and deal with customer concerns or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. You assist with ordering products and pricing new inventory. You may also provide a variety of other retail services, including regular retail services, dry cleaning, lottery services, self‑serve gas services and postal services. You will operate point‑of‑sale systems, the debit/credit machine and maintain a float.
