The Demand Planning Manager owns the Demand and Market pillars of the divisional SIOP process, accounting for the development of an accurate, unbiased, data‑driven demand plan across all go‑to‑market regions and aligning with commercial strategy and financial objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the Demand Review phase of the SIOP cycle, establishing governance, standards, and a consistent planning cadence across all regions
Develop and manage a single, consensus unconstrained demand plan by consolidating regional forecasts and market inputs
Provide leadership and oversight to regional demand planners, driving forecasting discipline, capability uplift, and alignment
