What You'll Do

• Act as the go‑to expert for delivery quality‑related questions and delivery performance tracking per territory.
• Analyze operational and delivery data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across dispatch, support, and customer success workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs, operational health, and delivery performance.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Data, BI, Support, Customer Success, Dispatch) to define metrics and ensure consistent reporting.
