Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Delivery Manager to their team for an initial 12 months of contract with a possibility of extension/conversion.Β This role is currently hybrid, 1 days per week in office in Toronto. Responsibilities Include:
Design and Execute Campaigns: Develop and implement digital advertising and customer communications across authenticated channels like Mobile Banking, Scotia Online, ABM, and Email.
Support Journey Managers: Assist with digital campaign design, publishing, and user experience to drive digital engagement and sales.
Ensure Global Standards: Incorporate best practices and maintain consistency in digital design principles, style guides, and asset guidelines.
Campaign QA and Performance Tracking: Conduct quality assurance on campaigns, troubleshoot code, and track benchmarks to measure performance and adherence to timelines.
