A Delivery Captain is a crucial touch point between our customers and the business and he or she works with our customers to ensure an understanding of overall boat operations and services. A successful Delivery Captain coordinates the activities of customers and team members engaged in launching, retrieving and servicing boats. The Delivery Captain also coordinates customer education to help familiarize the customer with their new or used boat.
