About This Opportunity

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Bakery/Deli Manager the duties and responsibilities include:

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Prepare special orders with an emphasis on the artistic design of trays and platters.
  • Create visually appealing and artistically designed deli trays for special events and orders.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences for custom orders.
  • Operate and maintain equipment in a safe and responsible manner
  • Housekeeping of department, ensuring it is organized, clean, and provides a safe working environment
  • Preparation and merchandising of products
  • To be responsible for following standard rotation of products
  • Ensure proper storage of all products
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all equipment and utensils as required
  • To follow all cleaning schedules as per standards
