Become a vital part of our operations as a Truck Driver. This seasonal role involves flexible full-time hours, including early mornings, evening shifts, and weekends.
You will transport materials to key job sites across areas like Quinte West and Gananoque. The position requires strong physical endurance, as you will handle heavy loads and perform necessary inspections. Effectively managing safety and cargo security will be critical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive materials to designated job sites as needed
• Inspect vehicles pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip
• Safely handle heavy lifting and tarping cargo
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs
• Adhere to safety protocols via proper gear usage
Requirements:
• Class 1 or A driver’s license required
• Capable of lifting up to 100lbs (45kg)
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Dependability and reliability are a must
• Criminal record and driver’s license checks are necessary
