Bachelors Degree, Graduate Degree preferred, in an appropriate specialization, and a minimum of six (6) years of pertinent experience, preferably in the CEGEP network.
Pedagogical Management experience preferred.
Teaching Experience preferred, ideally at the CEGEP level.
Hierarchical supervisory experience an asset.
Must be highly organized and have strong teamwork skills.
Must have very strong time management skills.
Ability to resolve problems of a complex nature.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, written and oral, in both English and French (to be tested).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (to be tested).
