As a DC Advanced User - 3PL, you will provide an efficient and smooth system support to day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with system routines and acting as a bridge between the business and system administration.
Train DC associates and team leaders on new system functionalities and improvements.
Support DC associates in daily operations and resolve system-related issues in alignment with DC processes.
Conduct system clean-up, basic troubleshooting, and provide feedback to system specialists.
Support operational excellence, quality and efficiency by ensuring that system‑related best practice guidelines are followed, all flow systems are working, and IT system related procedures are implemented.
Ensure effective and efficient incident management when needed (e.g., participate in “bridge calls”, incident reporting).
