BDO Digital seeks a Dayforce WFM Consultant to lead client implementations in a collaborative environment. Your focus on configuration and client training will drive successful project outcomes.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor throughout the full cycle implementation of Ceridian Dayforce. You will leverage your 2+ years of experience to configure the platform, manage project timelines, and engage clients effectively. Your collaborative approach will bolster the success of multiple simultaneous projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all implementation phases including Go-live and Post Go-live
• Collect and map client functional requirements
• Train clients to perform day-to-day activities efficiently
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure deadlines are met
• Identify and document best practices/lessons learned

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of Dayforce HCM implementation experience
