BDO Digital is currently seeking an experienced Dayforce Solution Architect to join our growing practice. This role is a replacement hire and the individual will own the following responsibilities:
Own the architecture of Dayforce solutions and lead other team members in design, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, data conversion, and integration.
Work with implementation teams during delivery to ensure the overall solution architecture is sound and meets the requirements and expectations set during the selection process.
Drive project initiatives by collaborating with the delivery team to ensure that all milestones and deadlines are met.
Help set the direction for the practice and mentor fellow consultants.
Document knowledge and conduct internal and external knowledge transfer.
