Role Description

Join the Data Acquisition Team, where we lead third‑party data acquisition activities by ensuring the proper data is acquired, centrally stored, and governed to support commercial activities, administer housing programs, and conduct housing research and analysis to accelerate housing affordability. By ensuring the data acquired meets usage requirements and is properly structured and governed, you will help the organization realize the full value of its data assets and capabilities, ensuring safe, effective, and efficient sharing of data across CMHC. Data needs of the organization evolve over time, especially as research initiatives change, regulatory frameworks are updated, and new housing programs are introduced. Currently, this role will be working on establishing a roadmap for Indigenous data including partnership and data sharing agreements.
