Description We are seeking a Data Platform Lead Engineer to support the design, build, and evolution of the enterprise data platform that underpins analytics, AI, and reporting across the organization. This role is responsible for technical leadership, architecture, and engineering standards to ensure the platform is secure, scalable, reliable, and governed.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implementation of the enterprise data platform, including ingestion, storage, processing, consumption layers and data products

Define and enforce engineering standards for data pipelines, platform reliability, security, and performance

Provide hands on technical leadership to data engineers and platform teams

Collaborate with architecture, governance, security, and business teams to align the platform with enterprise requirements

Ensure data quality, metadata, lineage, and access controls are embedded into the platform by design
