Recognized internally as a subject matter expert in Adobe Experience Platform and digital analytics engineering.
Responsibilities
+ Configure and implement Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics for new and existingEvernorth, Cigna, and Health Services digital properties.
+ Capture customer tracking information to build and monitor KPIs, including customer acquisition and retention.
