At the heart of Pomerleau’s HR digital transformation, the HRIS Analyst – HR Systems & Data plays a key role in the implementation, evolution, and stability of SAP SuccessFactors and Avature systems. The analyst actively contributes to deployment projects by ensuring system configuration, data quality, and coordination among stakeholders. Once the solutions are in place, the analyst ensures their performance, adoption, and continuous improvement. This role acts as a bridge between HR teams, IT, and external partners to deliver solutions aligned with operational needs.
