About This Opportunity


Job Title: Data Entry Operator –Bilingual
Location: Montreal, QC (Onsite)

Duration: + Months


Daily Responsibilities:
  • Handling and preparing mailouts, Batching and scanning of documents. 
  • Operate a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve and edit data. 
  • Key in paper documents using templates at required speed and accuracy level UPS).
  • Cross train in other manual processes (Finalize/Dice).
  • Calling clients and sending emails, Carts, Generics, Cheque Verification. 
  • Work under minimum supervision.


    • Must Have Skills:
  • + years related experience required
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Needs to be Bilingual
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
  • Ability to enter data + key strokes per hour
