Role Overview

As a Data Engineering Team Lead , you will provide technical leadership and direction for the organization’s data engineering capabilities. The role sets engineering standards, designs scalable and secure data architectures, and leads to complex, cross‑team data initiatives. While remaining hands‑on, you will influence platform strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance and business priorities.

This Full‑time, Permanent role is based at our Head Office in Vancouver, British Columbia and will report directly to the Director, Data Platforms . The position is open to candidates in BC and Ontario and may operate in a hybrid arrangement with on‑site requirements as needed.
