Data Developer, FinTech – hybrid – 2 days in office, remote rest.
Responsibilities
Participate in cloud migration and modernize current data systems.
Oversee data systems that serve hundreds of millions of real‑time events per day.
Collaborate on building software that collects and queries data, and compose queries for investigation.
Diagnose and solve issues within data infrastructure.
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines on a cloud platform (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) using orchestration tools like Apache Airflow and cloud‑native tools.
Develop ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, cleanse data from various sources into cloud‑based data warehouses.
Create and maintain data models in cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse) optimized for analytics, reporting, and financial analysis.
