Responsibilities:
Research and capture market information as directed by the brokerage team and other internal stakeholders.
Manage and organize data using market activity through relevant sources.
Contact external stakeholders such as sales agents, landlords, and property managers for collecting relevant information.
Monitor industry trends and current events to inform and enhance ongoing research initiatives.
Attend and participate in sales meetings as directed, collecting data, and inputting into the internal database.
