Job Description

The Next Best Action team at RBC, part of the Personal Banking organization, runs day‑to‑day marketing campaigns and experiments for our banking clients. Our Data Innovation team maintains the ecosystem that runs daily and powers the Next Best Action initiative, a mixture of big data pipelines, machine learning models, full‑stack apps and microservices. This role will help further build and optimize this ecosystem.

What Will You Do?

• Evolve the existing ML system to scale processes, improve reliability, and add autonomous or semi‑autonomous capabilities.
• Deliver data‑driven solutions with data scientists and stakeholders to monitor and assess quality across the end‑to‑end ML pipeline (data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, inference, serving & monitoring).
• Research new technologies to drive innovation, including Agentic AI and GenAI.
