Areas of Responsibility

• Provide hands‑on development, troubleshooting, and technical support for D365 Finance & Operations in response to client requests within Service Level Targets (SLTs)
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to enhance their use of D365 F&O, applying best practices in development and support delivery
