Responsibilities
Manage and mentor and grow a team of developers for the development, integrations and maintenance of applications Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
Align engineering efforts with business objectives and long-term strategy.
Conduct regular performance reviews and career development planning.
Implement and refine development processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Monitor and improve code quality, testing coverage, and system reliability.
