We’re looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers—helping them place orders, find the right products, and get timely updates on their requests. You’ll work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive experience from order placement through delivery.
