Customer Service Representative - Part time

Remote - Ontario, Canada

Driven Brands is looking for an inbound customer service representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate can commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week and provide open availability. The starting wage for this position is $19.35 per hour plus incentives.

What You’ll Do

• Function as an expediter of all incoming calls.
• Answer customer inquiries.
• Work closely with the Contact Centre Team to implement project initiatives.
• Ensure the proper processes are followed and task deadlines are met.
• Properly manage customer information utilizing internal data systems.
• Be flexible and adaptable to constant change.
• Accurately communicate customer details to franchisees.
