As Renewals Team Lead you will lead a team of Renewals Specialists focused on the renewal of customer support contracts. You will oversee team performance against renewal, retention, and forecasting Indicators while ensuring a high-quality customer and channel partner experience.
The Team Lead provides daily coaching, prioritization, and escalation support. You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Channel, and Operations leaders to ensure renewal strategies align with customer outcomes and our goals. You will use Salesforce data, renewal workflows, and reporting to lead accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement across the renewal motion for North America–based customers.
