We are looking for a FULL-TIME Customer Success Manager to be the main point of contact between our customers and our technical team.
This is a 100% remote position - you'll work from home in your own country. (No relocation.)
CLEAR, CONFIDENT ENGLISH IS OUR #1 REQUIREMENT.
You will be speaking directly with our US-based customers on live calls, demos, and video meetings, so you need to communicate comfortably and be easily understood in real time.
We will do a short video call early in the process - for this role, that conversation matters more than anything on your resume.
No programming or technical background is required. You do not need to be a developer.
We will fully train you on our system, our industry (primarily oil and natural gas), and our software tools. You will be paid your normal salary during training.
