About This Opportunity

Job Purpose:

The Client Experience Leader II (CEL II) is a sales professional with an account customer focus for all TD SYNNEX brands. Through coordination and follow through, they are responsible for effective and efficient delivery of the day-to-day customer experience. The CEL is the point person to deliver process excellence and customer service in support of sales and operations organizations for a consistent customer experience. In collaboration with the Client Executive, their efforts are to increase TD SYNNEX’s available wallet share.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison for inbound customer escalations and oversight of inquiries. Leading and providing solutions to customer, supporting vendor environments across all TD SYNNEX brands
  • Collaborates with Client Executives and supporting organizations to provide customer requested reporting and analysis needed to ensure accuracy and timeliness across all brands (e.g. backlog, order history, ...
