**What you will do** This role will provide high level of support to the Global Customer Success Specialist Team. Customer Success Administrator handles transactional tasks for all segments, to allow Customer Success Specialist (CSS) and Customer Success Representatives (CSR) to focus on Growth, Adoption and Retention. Key Responsibilities. - Address and process Add-On Opportunities for all Segments. - Provide high standard contract summaries and account reconciliations for all Segments. - Process partial and full churn requests for all Segments. - Promote growth, to accomplish Upgrade, Add-On and Renewal opportunities, or re-directing Upsell opportunities. - Address inquiries generated related to contracts, finance and drive account reconciliations as needed. - Follow up open support cases. - Identify repetitive task, cases, opportunities to simplify, accelerate and scale all CSS/CSR work. **Who you are** - 1+ year experience in administrator role. ...
