As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be part of the Jonas Construction support team. You will provide support for Jonas Construction ERP Software by monitoring tickets, responding to customer calls, and resolving cases using troubleshooting skills and product knowledge. You will train clients on software functionality. You need excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, and must learn quickly in a fast‑paced team environment. Previous accounting and customer service experience is required.
