**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Primary focus will be on the management of customer deliverables, and timely, accurate provision of status from receipt to shipment + Accurate and timely entry of complex customer purchase orders, including repair orders and fresh lot + Work with Planning and Finance Teams to ensure product is ready and available in the expected lead times + Tracking and expediting internal Contract Reviews and Order Acknowledgement/Acceptance + Day to day administration of the Order Management Desk inbox and purchase order log in MS SharePoint + Coordination of customer approvals required in support of Broker by Approval for COTS products + Partnering with Program Management and LifeCycle Services teams to support customer reports and deliverables + First line of support in interfacing with the customer for day-to-day issues, primary liaison between the customer and other internal departments + Effectively communic...
