Main Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to billing, arrears, and account management, providing solutions and guidance on payment options and programs
  
• Manage account setups, terminations, and updates with accurate data entry and recordkeeping
  
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for water services and meter-related operations
  
• Address and resolve billing errors, analyze accounts, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
  
• Reconcile collection accounts, allocate payments, and audit records for accuracy
