Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving, stocking and replenishing orders; efficiently entering information into database.
Answering phone calls, filing, following up with customers.
Creating freight bills as needed.
Updating and processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Manage customers' accounts, updating information as needed.
Refer direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource.
