Resolve emerging problems faced by customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain a smooth flow of communication between customers and internal departments.
Register and document all interactions in the system.
Participate in continuous training programs to stay updated on best practices.
Process orders, verify product quality, and coordinate shipments.
Provide post‐sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
