The 3PL Customer Service Representative will be providing exemplary service to ABC clients in order to meet or surpass customer expectations. The CSR will be responsible for creating a world‑class experience by interacting with the customers and responding to orders, inquiries, concerns, and general requests. This will include but not be limited to communication with the transportation, vendors, and suppliers ensuring the quality assurance checks are completed and maintained in order to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
We will be looking for a more experienced candidate who can support and build a core of our CSR Team.
