Support distribution of surgical equipment for medical and veterinary use.
Accurately process and enter purchase orders from email, phone, website, and fax.
Handle customer order inquiries and make B2B prospecting calls when call volume is low.

Assets
2+ years of order desk or order entry experience.
Experience using CRM systems and strong data entry accuracy.
Familiarity with BusinessVision or Zoho CRM is an asset.
