Provide high level Customer Service; making sure customer needs are taking care off
Needs to answer each phone call and provide solutions to each customer (advised by general manager and Vice president of company), status, updates, etc.
Follow up on Customer orders, providing efficient information to each order to the team and Customers
Update each order in a daily basis with notes, notifications, etc., in our Quick Base system (will get train to use system)
Follow up on and update shipping, provide customers with status on Customer Service Orders (CSO) and work orders (WO)
Maintain diplomacy and tact while dealing with upset or escalated callers
Experiencia y Requisitos
Completed high school
Minimum 1 year experience in similar position, wood manufacturing is a plus
