Our Hubs are a crucial part of how we innovate, improving performance across every Sanofi department. This role sits in the Customer Master Data Team and supports master data management within the Order to Cash (O2C) processes.

Main responsibilities

• Own operational master data management, including master data creation and maintenance in the relevant systems (mainly SAP ERP). Covers customer master data and data enabling process efficiency in sales orders and disputes management.
• Create/modify pricing conditions and contract agreements in the ERP, upon request from Trade or other appointed responsible.
• Liaise with neighbouring functions to ensure timely updates of critical master data.
