Customer Experience Associate invited to provide direct banking services and deliver a positive customer experience through financial transaction processing and service solutions.
Responsibilities
Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments following standard operating procedures, regulations and the TD Code of Conduct and Ethics.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions while exercising discretion with confidential matters.
Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard cases as required.
Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
Build a positive, inclusive work workplace by promoting teamwork and maintaining professional conduct.
Assist the team by keeping coworkers informed on the status of routine activities.
