**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- 3 years of experience in Conversational AI technology.
- Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently, this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Spanish with local stakeholders.
**Preferred qualifications**:- Experience with building and using AI (e.g., ML APIs, Machine Learning templates, RAG, LLMs).
- Experience in coding using Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with documents and image AI.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese fluency to communicate with team members.
